Orion Dominates HRH ShootOut USA 2010

The 13th Annual HRH Shootout was held July 16 18 at Hot Rod Hobbies in Saugus, CA This years event brought a strong 305 entries. The Shootout is always know for its great competition and extremely hot weather. Temperatures reached up into the 100s throughout the week making it the hottest Shootout in history. This put each racers motors and batteries to the ultimate test.

This 3 Day event had 2 5 minute qualifiers on Friday, 2 5 minute qualifiers on Saturday, followed by Triple A Mains on Sunday. The points system was used to take each drivers 2 best points towards their overall qualifying order. In the 2wd Modified Buggy Class it was Team Orion/Kyosho Driver Jared Tebo who Tq rounds 2 and 3 of qualifying to take TQ honors of the class.
